Father's Day Gifts

What do you get Dad, the big guy, for Father's Day, that he doesn't already have or need? How about the Gift of Comfort?

You know the drill. You walk into your family / TV room and see the most worn out chair or recliner. Yup, it's Dad's. He is always last on the list for new stuff.

Surprise him with the Gift of Comfort - his new favorite seat - a new recliner. Depending on Dad's style, go with leather or fabric. Choose power reclining. Yes, he deserves it and he will never go back to an old fashioned manual recliner, ever. Additional features to pamper Dad are power lumbar support and power headrest tilt along with heat and massage. For Dads with mobility or physical limitations, go with a power lift recliner. Recliners in our NIROPEDIC Power Lift Recliner collection all feature Universal Design. They look just like a regular recliner but with a push of a button, lift assistance keeps Dad independent!

For Dads using their recliner to sleep in most nights instead of his bed, we have Zecliner by Flexsteel that is built for sleeping in. Use of the Z remote or app puts Dad into zero gravity (feet slightly above the head) or lying flat. Zecliner is U.S.A. made with high-resiliency memory foam for Dad's back and bottom, assisted lift when needed, and power reclining comfort by day, as well as a removable technogel pillow for cooler sleeping at night. Whether lounging during the day or catching up on sleep at night, the Zecliner provides unparalleled comfort and support. And yes, you can get NIROPE’s same day / next day iDelivery of Dad's new Zecliner, just in time for Father’s Day. Available now at Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses - the brand you trust since 1928.

Here's a shopping tip: If you are surprising Dad, measure the height of his current seat cushion and depth before shopping. If you are bringing Dad in to pick out the recliner with you (this is highly recommended), be sure, when Dad is sitting in the recliner in the upright position, his feet touch the floor as he is seated with his back up against the inside back of the recliner. This is key for maximum support and comfort for Dad.
